Introduction — What is the Search Center?
This free resource helps Glastonbury landowners search four governing documents and seven standards in one place. It was developed by Tim Brockett as an independent information resource; no registration or fee is required.
Search results show short excerpts and link to the relevant PDF pages. The eleven documents have different purposes and should be read in context; finding a word in one document does not establish how that provision applies.
This site is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Glastonbury Landowners Association.
Director accountability and landowner rights
Use the search to locate language about association powers, director and officer responsibilities, elections, voting, assessments, road maintenance, property improvements, and standards for construction or land development.
Reading the applicable provisions can help landowners formulate questions, participate in association decisions, and evaluate actions against the governing documents. Review related sections and any amendments before reaching conclusions.
Plain-language guidance and how to search
Enter a word or several words, such as voting, assessments, or road maintenance. Multiple words must occur on the same PDF page; the search is not case-sensitive. Use the document checkboxes to narrow results.
Expand a document group to see excerpts. Highlighted words indicate matches; selecting a result opens its original PDF page in a new tab. Index and table-of-contents pages are labeled so you can distinguish them from substantive provisions.
These excerpts are search aids, not complete plain-language summaries, engineering guidance, or legal interpretations. Always read the full provision, its exceptions, and surrounding sections in the original PDF.
Legal information and disclaimer
This independent search resource is compiled from publicly available GLA governing documents. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not an official GLA record or a substitute for the documents themselves.
Although care has been taken in preparing the search index and links, Brockett Designs does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Extracted PDF text may contain transcription or indexing errors, and amendments or newer versions may exist.
Verify all excerpts against the original documents and appropriate current records. This resource does not provide legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, Tim Brockett and Brockett Designs disclaim liability for losses arising from use of or reliance on this resource.
Original 1997 Covenants Manager
The earlier Covenants Manager focused on the 1997 Restated Covenants and included plain-language summaries. This new page broadens searching to four governing documents and links directly to the original PDFs.
