Introduction
What Is the Glastonbury Community Directory?
The Glastonbury Community Directory (GCD) lists the names, mailing addresses, and physical addresses of Glastonbury landowners who are members of the Glastonbury Landowners Association. Interactive maps of North and South Glastonbury now let you explore parcel boundaries and open matching directory records directly from the map. The GCD also provides links to property tax information and ownership details. Links to Google Earth, Zillow, and Realtor.com offer additional mapping and real estate information.
Tim Brockett created the GCD in 2016 to give landowners an accessible way to find GLA membership information. Since then, landowners and the GLA have used it to update contact lists, research property and building history, and support Project Review applications. The software is free to use; no registration or fees are required.
All GCD information is compiled from public sources and is updated regularly. The GCD is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Glastonbury Landowners Association.
Reach Out to Neighbors
Connect with Neighbors and Plan Community Activities
Invite neighbors over for coffee, organize a block party, or send campaign letters. Use the interactive maps to see which parcels are nearby and open their landowner records. Use the GCD's Custom Search Builder to find mailing addresses for nearby landowners or the wider community. The included search guide explains how to get started.
You can copy filtered search results to your clipboard or export them as PDF, CSV, or Excel files. CSV files can also be opened in LibreOffice.
A print shop may also be able to use your CSV file to print mailing labels or address envelopes. Check with the provider about available services and file requirements.

Find Parcels and Landowners in North and South Glastonbury
Finding a property is easier when you can see where it sits. The directory now includes separate interactive maps for North and South Glastonbury, with parcel boundaries drawn from Montana Cadastral data. Use them to explore nearby properties, identify neighboring parcels, or get your bearings before opening a record.
- Open a parcel record: Click a neon pink parcel boundary to open its linked directory record. If a parcel has more than one linked record, choose the record you want from the available links.
- Find a parcel or owner: Use each map's parcel selector to locate a listed property. The map zooms to the parcel, and an Open selected record button gives you access to its details.
- Zoom and move: Use the + and − controls, scroll wheel, or pinch gesture to zoom. Drag the map to explore surrounding parcels. Road labels appear as you zoom in.
- Choose your view: Switch between a plain street map and satellite imagery using the layer control. Neon pink boundaries remain visible in both views, helping you compare parcel locations with roads and landscape features.
- Make room to explore: Expand either map for a larger view, then contract it when you are finished. Use Show all parcels to return to the community overview.
Common land: Gray parcels identified as GLA common land on the South Glastonbury map are owned by the Association and accessible to all landowners. The North map separately labels Juniper Canyon Parkland, which is available only to that subdivision's property owners. Other gray areas should not be assumed to be common land.
The maps and searchable directory work together: explore visually when you know a location, or use the table when you know a name, address, or parcel number. Owner information comes from directory records; boundary files are updated separately. See the information limitations below before relying on a map for boundary decisions.

Explore Parcel Records, Property Geocodes, and Historical Maps
Thinking about buying property in Glastonbury or researching a parcel you already own? The GCD links to property records and helps you find your property geocode for use on forms that request it.
The Montana Cadastral link provides parcel maps with boundary lines and available information about ownership, structures, taxes, acreage, and related records. A separate link to Park County property tax records lets you check recorded ownership, mailing addresses, and tax payment status.
Real estate links offer property features, value estimates, and available sales history. Google Earth provides satellite views and historical imagery that can help you explore changes in land use over time. The available dates and level of detail vary by location.
